About the role

Track the delivery process of assets from external vendors, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate schedules and task assignments across multiple art teams.
Facilitate clear, timely communication and feedback between internal artists and vendors.
Partner closely with outsource teams to ensure smooth review cycles, consistent quality, and alignment with project expectations.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain tracking tools and documentation to ensure all teams have up-to-date information.

5–7 years of experience in art production, project coordination, or production management in a game development environment.
Experience managing multiple asset pipelines and external vendors, including outsource teams.
Strong organizational, scheduling, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with project tracking and management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with AAA game production.
Familiarity with real-time game engines such as Unreal Engine.
Prior experience coordinating outsourced or remote art teams.
