Business Analyst

• Analyze business information, existing procedures, processes and workflow to develop and implement productivity and service enhancements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all City departments
• Provide application and business expertise to assist in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of system enhancements
• Create and maintain complete documentation for data and business models
• Provide support to end users on a variety of issues
• Troubleshoot issues with existing or developed systems and work with appropriate resources to resolve them
• Create advanced queries and reports on various data sources to detect errors and missing information
• Develop and maintain test scripts and conduct thorough testing of new and modified applications prior to implementation
• Administer application security, configuration, maintenance and setup
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining industry and technology best practices including NIST, CISA.
