About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support children and their families/carers through effective assessments, interventions and relationship-based practice
- Work directly with young people to help them overcome barriers, make positive choices and achieve meaningful outcomes
- Apply strengths-based and restorative practice
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies
- Contribute to safeguarding, reducing risk and promoting long-term positive change
- Manage a varied caseload in a dynamic environment
- Support children and young people aged 10–18 involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in, offending or anti-social behaviour
- Provide support to children, families, victims and communities to enhance safety, reduce offending and create opportunities for positive futures
Requirements
