Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified Social Worker
Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
Experience working effectively with families and partner agencies
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Collaborative and relationship-based practice
Commitment to strengths-based, restorative, and trauma-informed approaches
Enhanced DBS check required
Must provide a vehicle for business use and hold appropriate insurance
Supporting statement demonstrating suitability for the role
