About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with children, young people, and their families to support positive change
- Undertake consultations, assessments, and interventions relating to harmful sexual behaviour
- Complete AIM3 assessments and contribute specialist expertise to multi-agency planning
- Support professionals across CYJS, Children's Social Care, and Early Help through consultation and knowledge sharing
- Help develop and strengthen Lancashire's HSB offer and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service
- Champion child-first, restorative, and trauma-informed practice
- Travel across Lancashire to meet service needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified Social Worker
- Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
- Experience working effectively with families and partner agencies
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Collaborative and relationship-based practice
- Commitment to strengths-based, restorative, and trauma-informed approaches
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Must provide a vehicle for business use and hold appropriate insurance
- Supporting statement demonstrating suitability for the role
