Key responsibilities & impact

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation, guidance and statutory processes.
  • Experience of audit, quality assurance, inspection and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • The ability to interpret legislation, policy and complex information accurately.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confidence in presenting findings and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • The ability to work independently whilst maintaining effective relationships across services.
