Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Contextual Safeguarding Youth Work
Skills in developing strong relationships with young people
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Capability to implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Experience of working with vulnerable teenagers
