Key responsibilities & impact

support compliance checking of ASF and Skills Bootcamp funding claims against funding rules and contractual requirements
review, sample and audit learner files to ensure completeness, accuracy and eligibility
identify risks, compliance gaps and data issues, escalating concerns appropriately
reconcile provider data with ILR returns and support error resolution
validate provider claims, invoices and supporting evidence
contribute to audit preparation, assurance activity and governance processes
support provider monitoring, onboarding and ongoing compliance checks
provide guidance on funding rules and evidence requirements to colleagues and providers
contribute to continuous improvement by sharing findings and good practice
