Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in managing or leading services within a passenger or accessible transport environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive service improvement.
A good working knowledge of passenger transport legislation, quality standards and performance management.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging at all levels of an organisation.
A proactive, values‑driven leader who can motivate others and manage complex priorities effectively.
