Key responsibilities & impact

Work within the Payroll Service at Lancashire County Council.
Provide service excellence reaching daily targets, working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support over 33,000 employees working in public sector organisations.
Use new software such as Oracle Fusion for payroll service success.
Promote development and encourage employees to work well together.
Deliver excellent service and ensure deadlines are achieved.

Experience of working within a customer focused, payroll based setting.
Analytical and reporting skills to ensure compliance.
