About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and AdRoll
  • Monitor and optimize audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and budgets
  • Partner with the digital marketing agency to execute campaigns and improve performance
  • Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, and ABM initiatives in HubSpot
  • Manage audience segmentation, workflows, campaign assets, reporting, and marketing automation
  • Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and scalable
  • Develop LinkedIn social engagement strategy and support sales and leadership participation
  • Identify relevant stakeholders, influencers, creators, and industry voices for relationship building
  • Manage content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting
  • Align paid media, email marketing, and ABM initiatives with the BDR team to generate qualified pipeline
  • Collaborate with Creative, SEO/GEO, and Sales on campaigns and messaging
  • Share campaign insights to shape future marketing strategies
  • Analyze paid, email, and social campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and optimization plans
  • Track emerging digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and platform updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, primarily focused on paid media and social media
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • AdRoll experience is an asset
  • Experience managing organic social media for a B2B organization, particularly LinkedIn
  • Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, lists, forms, and reporting
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), campaign reporting, and marketing dashboards
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AI search concepts
  • Experience partnering with Sales or BDR teams to support lead generation and account-based marketing
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience
