About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client onboarding from pre-kickoff through launch
Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, flag risks, and keep internal teams aligned
Conduct kickoff calls, discovery and training sessions, and check-ins with client stakeholders
Partner with Account Management and the Engineering team to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate client expectations
Assess each client's CRM environment and document how leads, appointments, and agent attribution should flow end to end
Translate client requirements and CRM realities into clear technical requirements for engineering and for client technical contacts
Coordinate and validate API based lead delivery during launch
Troubleshoot and escalate integration issues with full context
Contribute to the implementation playbook, onboarding workflows, and standardized integration templates

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 6 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical project management
Working knowledge of CRM architecture: lead objects, workflows, automation rules, and how data flows between systems
Comfortable discussing API based integrations at a requirements level with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management skills and ability to own multiple concurrent onboardings
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, NotebookLM), Confluence, and Slack
Experience using project management tools (Zoho Projects, Linear, or equivalent)
