About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on operational report discrepancies across Purchase Order Validations, Build Validations, Inbound vs. Outbound Validations, and Item Receipt Validations.
Continuously monitor error logs and maintain up-to-date tracking in Asana.
Log daily summaries covering unresolved error counts, absolute error rates, investigative findings, root causes, and operational or technical blockers.
Identify, document, and escalate system flagging errors, including false positives and false negatives.
Collaborate with operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long-term fixes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data issues to their root cause.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools (Asana).
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to communicating findings and blockers.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams.
