About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize and maintain creative assets across multiple projects, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana while keeping timelines and priorities aligned.
Perform quality assurance reviews on content and creative deliverables before submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency.
Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and communication across cross-functional teams.
Manage and stage visual assets within Figma for review, presentation, and production handoff.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.
Serve as a key point of coordination between creative, strategy, and stakeholder-facing teams.
Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
Support content production operations and help maintain smooth day-to-day project execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams.
Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management (Nice to Have).
Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration (Nice to Have).
