About the role
- Analyze internal brand data including: Amazon business reports, advertising data (sponsored products, sponsored brands, sponsored display), API feeds and third-party data tools.
- Identify gaps across: Revenue growth trends, conversion and traffic performance, catalog structure, Inventory efficiency, advertising efficiency (ACOS, TACOS, contribution margin) and competitive positioning.
- Populate a structured 35-slide brand audit framework with insights and recommendations.
- Customize insights to each prospective client while maintaining process efficiency.
- Develop actionable recommendations focused on: Growth levers, storefront optimization, advertising strategy, pricing profitability and brand positioning on Amazon
- Continuously improve and refine the audit model.
- Build scalable processes to support delivery of ~100 audits annually.
- Identify automation opportunities (dashboards, data pipelines, templates).
- Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Strategy teams to align insights with pitch strategy.
- Partner with leadership and sales during pre-sales discussions.
- Translate audit findings into compelling growth narratives.
- Support revenue operations initiatives with data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in: Amazon marketplace analytics, E-commerce strategy, Revenue Operations, Growth or performance marketing analytics.
- Deep understanding of: Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon advertising ecosystem, Storefront optimization, Contribution margin and P&L modeling
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets required; SQL preferred).
- Experience working with APIs or large datasets.
- Ability to translate data into executive-level storytelling.
- Experience building a performance “scorecard” or audit framework.
- Background in Amazon agencies or aggregators.
- Experience working in high-volume, process-driven environments.
- Deep knowledge with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of automation tools and data workflows.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams.
- Full-time availability aligned with US EST business hours (9AM–5PM EST).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
