About the role

  • Make a minimum of 200 outbound cold calls per day
  • Book 3–4 qualified appointments daily
  • Follow a proven cold calling script and talk track
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email using the company’s CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools like Go High Level.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Multiple years of experience cold calling (in the digital marketing space preferred)
  • Full sales cycle experience - from contact to close
  • **Strong preferences:**
  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
  • Experience selling to small/mid-size business owners (SMB)
  • Job stability — you don't hop every 6 months
  • **This role is NOT a fit if you:**
  • Have never done outbound cold calling
  • Prefer inbound leads or warm outreach only
  • Are looking for a low-effort, low-accountability position
  • Can't articulate how you handle common sales objections
  • Are not motivated by earning potential and performance-based pay
