About the role
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support company-wide operations by owning task management systems, workflow execution, and cross-department accountability through Asana.
- This role is essential in ensuring internal teams stay on track with deliverables, deadlines, and standardized processes.
- The Project Manager will help leadership focus on strategic initiatives by maintaining workflow integrity, enforcing task accountability, and optimizing project systems.
- Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, and templates.
- Build and implement Asana rules and automations to improve task routing and accountability.
- Ensure all projects follow standardized Asana best practices and company processes.
- Create and update reusable project templates for recurring initiatives.
- Maintain organized project boards with consistent naming conventions and task hygiene standards.
- Monitor task progress daily to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables remain on track.
- Audit projects regularly to identify overdue tasks, missing assignees, incomplete task details, and stalled deliverables.
- Follow up with task owners to ensure accountability and timely completion.
- Escalate blockers, overdue deliverables, and workflow issues appropriately.
- Ensure due dates remain accurate and updated with proper documentation.
- Coordinate deliverables across departments to ensure projects stay aligned and moving forward.
- Clarify responsibilities and streamline task handoffs between teams.
- Track cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks.
- Support operational alignment across marketing, creative, ads, brand management, and leadership teams.
- Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility.
- Provide recurring project status updates, including overdue tasks and potential risks.
- Track workflow trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility into project health at all times.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management roles.
- Strong experience using Asana in a professional setting (2+ years preferred).
- Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and accountability skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean systems.
- Advance English proficiency ( C1-C2)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the eCommerce landscape.
- Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows.
- Experience working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
