About the role
- Maintain and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing process improvements and operational guidance.
- Track, analyze, and report on revenue metrics, pipeline performance, and KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve revenue processes.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and business insights for leadership.
- Assist in forecasting, revenue planning, and quota management processes.
- Participate in project initiatives to implement new tools, automation, or processes.
- Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Revenue Ops function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in eCommerce or SaaS businesses.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Knowledge of sales enablement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach).
- Experience with forecasting, quota planning, and revenue modeling.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle and revenue funnel metrics.
