About the role
- create target-group-specific job ads and social media posts
- respond quickly and respectfully to inquiries
- conduct initial interviews and support applicants through to hire
- build community contacts, networks, and partnerships
- maintain relationships with schools, partner organizations, and communities
- serve as a point of contact for questions about positions and entry pathways
- bring courage, structure, and heart — and great enjoyment in connecting with people
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting / community management OR genuine enthusiasm for it
- Foreign language skills (at least B2) and enjoyment of intercultural exchange
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and digital affinity
- Empathy, patience, and a desire to support people
- Understanding of care and service work or willingness to learn
