Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting / community management OR genuine enthusiasm for it
  • Foreign language skills (at least B2) and enjoyment of intercultural exchange
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and digital affinity
  • Empathy, patience, and a desire to support people
  • Understanding of care and service work or willingness to learn
