Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for coordinating and administering the consumer lending and business lending within the credit union
Ensuring compliance with lending policy, procedures and applicable rules and regulations
Monitoring product development, pricing and terms and ensuring competitiveness
Collaborating with management for streamlined origination, processing and funding methods
Assisting in implementation and maintenance of front-end LOS systems
Ensuring accuracy in system usage and external vendor reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ten years to fifteen years of similar or related experience.
A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
Advanced conflict resolution skills
Ability to motivate or influence others
Significant level of diplomacy and trust
High level of interpersonal skills
