About the role
- Lead end-to-end production of sponsored content and commercial campaigns
- Act as the primary liaison for Client Services
- Oversee sponsorship deliverables, ensuring campaigns integrate brands naturally
- Coordinate all production logistics including studios, locations, crews, talent, and post-production
- Build and manage production budgets, negotiate rates, and maintain profitability
- Support pitch processes with production feasibility and costing insights
- Continuously improve internal production processes
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in commercial/sponsored content production management
- Strong track record delivering sponsor-led campaigns and commercial content
- Good understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously
- Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and commercial oversight skills
- Highly organised and able to collaborate across teams
- Strong communication skills
