Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment on-site and remotely
Complete preventative maintenance activities and approved field modifications
Support startup and commissioning of custom-engineered systems
Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and service logs
Communicate directly with customers to ensure clear expectations and resolution
Maintain tools and calibrated test equipment
Support complex mechanical, electrical, and automation-based projects
Comply with all safety, quality, and electrical standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent military experience
Minimum 5 years of engineering and field service experience
Experience diagnosing mechanical and electromechanical systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions
U.S. Citizenship required
Experience with vacuum systems or leak detection equipment preferred
PLC and HMI experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Experience with automated systems, sensors, and digital I/O preferred
Pneumatic design and industrial automation experience preferred
Experience with BOMs and ERP systems preferred
Familiarity with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software preferred
