About the role
- Create, run and maintain regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports regarding enrollment, student retention and other demographics.
- Prepare and submit accurate enrollment, financial aid, and other institutional data to state/federal agencies, resolving error reports, working with individual departments when appropriate.
- Develop, maintain and update dashboards and data visualization tools for stakeholders (e.g. Board of Trustees, Cabinet, Department Managers, etc.).
- Investigate data anomalies, monitor database processes, and maintain data dictionaries.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, helping the university adhere to internal governance policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- 1-3 years of data management, institutional research or analytical reporting experience preferred; prior college employment desirable.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Jenzabar, Salesforce).
