About the role

  • Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting case handling and legal decision-making
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and the consistency of adopted legal positions
  • Ensure compliance with workflows, deadlines and internal standards
  • Support coordination in management and organization of the unit
  • Train, develop and monitor team performance
  • Lead internal alignment and demand-tracking meetings
  • Participate in client meetings, acting as a technical and relational point of support
  • Anticipate risks and propose legal and operational solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and routines
  • Manage the case portfolio with a strategic view on volume, complexity and prioritization of demands
  • Support the development of indicators and performance tracking (KPIs)
  • Foster a collaborative, productive environment aligned with the firm’s culture

Requirements

  • Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
  • Previous experience in technical leadership or managing a legal team
  • Analytical, organized and solution-oriented profile
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Capacity to work with multiple demands and prioritize efficiently
  • Proactive attitude and a sense of ownership
  • Knowledge of the ADVWIN+ system will be considered a differential
  • Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte
