About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support custom lead generation campaigns and admin tasks
  • End-to-end management of lead generation campaigns, including uploading landing pages and creating custom forms
  • Manage processes for email marketing, including builds, list creation, and execution
  • Accurate record keeping in Trello and custom trackers which campaign status, goals, and email dates
  • Coordinate with Paid Social Media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience working with email marketing is an asset
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
  • Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.
