About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support custom lead generation campaigns and admin tasks
- End-to-end management of lead generation campaigns, including uploading landing pages and creating custom forms
- Manage processes for email marketing, including builds, list creation, and execution
- Accurate record keeping in Trello and custom trackers which campaign status, goals, and email dates
- Coordinate with Paid Social Media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience working with email marketing is an asset
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
- Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
- Familiarity with digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.
