About the role
- In charge of end-to-end custom 3rd party eblasts, including requests, set up, proofing, launching, and reporting.
- Manage Custom enewsletters, including building, proofing, launching, and reporting.
- Responsible for digital event Marketing, including but not limited to: page & form building, HTML and list creation, proofing, deployment and analysis. Coordinating paid ads, and reporting on a weekly cadence. Update internal reporting document.
- Responsible for specialized lists in HubSpot and List Builder to support eMarketing for digital events, 3rd party eblasts, pay-per-lead campaigns, and list quotes as requested.
- Coordinate with paid social media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.
- Support lead generation team with page building, forms, eBlasts, and internal and external reporting.
- Responsible for client-sponsored social media posts and reports
- Responsible for publishing sponsored articles on the website, including SEO updates.
- Responsible for internal and external client reporting for managed programs. Including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly breakdowns.
- Continually assess, update, and make necessary changes to all operational SOPs in relation to the position.
- Responsible for project management and updates to teams on managed programs.
- Support with additional tasks as needed.
- Support with sales team requests as it pertains to programs above, as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with email marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, project management, business, or a related field
