About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- During your apprenticeship as a Marketing Communications Assistant, you will learn marketing not only from textbooks but directly in our daily business
- From day one, you will be involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing and communication activities
- Gain insights into different marketing areas: social media, website, content, campaigns, events, and employer branding
- Support the development of texts, presentations, and communication concepts
- Contribute to strategic and conceptual topics such as positioning, target-group communication, and campaign logic
- Organize and accompany events, trade shows, and internal formats
- Analyze metrics and derive learnings for future measures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in marketing, communication, and digital topics
- Enjoy working with language, concepts, and creative ideas
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to help shape things
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working
- Initial experience with common Office and/or design tools
- School leaving certificate (secondary school diploma, Fachabitur/technical high school diploma, or Abitur/A-levels)
