About the role
- You will be involved from day one in planning, implementing and evaluating marketing and communication activities
- Gain insights into different marketing areas: Social Media, website, content, campaigns, events and employer branding
- Support the development of copy, presentations and communication concepts
- Contribute to strategic and conceptual topics such as positioning, target-audience communication and campaign logic
- Organize and support events, trade shows and internal formats
- Analyze KPIs and derive learnings for future activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
- You will learn marketing holistically: creative, structured and focused on effective measures.
Requirements
- Interest in marketing, communications and digital topics
- Enjoy working with language, concepts and creative ideas
- Curiosity, self-initiative and a desire to help shape things
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Some experience using common Office and/or design tools
- School leaving certificate (Realschule), Fachabitur (technical college entrance qualification) or Abitur (general university entrance qualification)
