About the role

  • Initial installation and configuration of the Matrix42 application and additional products.
  • Advise our customers on the optimal use and customization of the products.
  • Conduct workshops and provide subsequent documentation.
  • Deliver trainings.
  • Support the project manager: plan work packages with effort estimates.
  • Plan workshops.
  • Contribute to the creation of concepts.
  • Capture customer requirements for custom developments and coordinate them with your colleagues in development.
  • Test and integrate our own software products.
  • Assume tasks within the Managed Services area.

Requirements

  • Experience with an ESM or ITSM tool (Matrix42, LANdesk, ServiceNow, HEAT, etc.) is required.
  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Very good German skills, written and spoken (at least C1, preferably C2).
  • Good English skills.
  • Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft server infrastructure such as Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server.
  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language, e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, C#.
  • Good to very good knowledge of SQL Server queries and updates, with a focus on T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
