About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Server & infrastructure management: Support and continuous optimization of our Windows server environment
- Virtualization: Provisioning and administration of virtualized systems based on VMware vSphere
- Endpoint management: Further development and administration of our endpoints using the Baramundi Management Suite and Microsoft Intune
- Support: 2nd- and 3rd-level support for our internal IT services
- Project work: Active participation in the planning, coordination and implementation of challenging IT projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed IT training or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in IT
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID and Intune, demonstrated through practical experience and relevant certifications
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DFS and PowerShell
- Proven experience or certifications in the deployment, administration and troubleshooting of Citrix (including ADC/Netscaler) and Microsoft Exchange
- Experience in automated software distribution for client and server systems
- Practical knowledge of incident and request management processes
- Confident use of modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
