About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • IT support & customer service: Point of contact for our internal departments by phone, email and remote access in daily operations.
  • System operation & IMAC: Operation, maintenance and execution of install, move, add and change (IMAC) tasks for IT systems and endpoints.
  • Server, client & Citrix environment: Installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix solutions.
  • Incident & problem management: Analysis, documentation and long-term resolution of incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Monitoring & operational reliability: Monitoring IT systems to ensure stable and smooth operation.
  • IT security, projects & collaboration: Participation in security measures and IT projects, and close cooperation with colleagues, customers and service providers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed IT vocational training or a degree in IT with at least three years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Practical experience in incident and request management and a proactive approach to analyzing and resolving incidents and requests.
  • Confident use of modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, and very good written and spoken German.
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility — even under heavy ticket volumes.
  • Independent, proactive work planning and close, cooperative collaboration with team leadership, end users and IT departments.
  • Creative identification and contribution of improvement potentials, e.g. through standardization or reduction of recurring incidents.
