• You analyze inquiries and identify causes of technical or procedural issues.
• You work closely with colleagues from IT and the laboratory to improve processes and workflows.
• You document calls and solutions in a structured manner in our systems.

Requirements

You have a medical foundation: for example, Medical Assistant (MFA), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Dental Assistant (ZFA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), nurse, or a similar qualification.
Technology isn’t a foreign word to you — you are comfortable working with technical systems.
You are a communication talent: friendly, patient and clear in your language.
You love finding solutions: you approach challenges with a can-do attitude.
Service-minded: you want to help people and provide excellent support.
Languages: your German is secure at C1 level.
A Class B driving licence provides the necessary flexibility.
