About the role

  • Creating and publishing job advertisements for active recruitment of specialist staff
  • Reviewing and assessing application documents
  • Conducting and coordinating interviews
  • Carrying out HR administration, including but not limited to preparing contract documents, certificates, and consultations with the works council
  • Maintaining timekeeping and employee master data, and managing personnel files
  • Participating in projects and supporting their operational implementation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in operational recruiting and applicant management
  • Work experience in a generalist HR role is desirable
  • Structured approach to work
  • Quick learner, proactive, and a team player
  • A plus but not required: experience with Softgarden and Sage HR
