You independently develop new features, fix bugs, and work on innovative solutions for our product portfolio
You actively shape the further development and optimization of our product [i/med] Web — with a focus on quality and user orientation
You collaborate across departments with product management, support, and technical teams to continuously improve processes in laboratory software.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or possess equivalent education/ professional experience
You are proficient in PHP, turn ideas into real products, and are familiar with the depths and nuances of the language
Web development for you doesn’t stop at the backend — you also know how to build clean, functional interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
SQL databases are part of your toolkit — you know how to design thoughtful data models and query them for good performance
You are both analytical and intuitive: you recognize patterns, find elegant solutions, and keep things smart and simple
You have an explorer’s mindset — open to new tools, fresh ideas, and bold approaches
You believe in knowledge sharing, team spirit instead of silos, and that great products come from genuine collaboration
You speak and write German very well (at least C1 level)
