About the role
- Networking with and supporting top decision-makers in the field, especially in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and northern Germany
- Developing new markets in the DACH region and Benelux, acquiring new customers, monitoring and analyzing market trends, and participating in conferences and trade fairs
- Managing existing and new customers, including delivering presentations and documenting workflows
- Preparing quotations based on standardized modules and working under project-management conditions
Requirements
- Several years of experience selling complex or technical products, ideally in laboratory or life-science environments
- Knowledge of laboratory-relevant processes, systems and interfaces (e.g., HL7, LDT)
- Familiarity with the digital laboratory workflow—from order entry through analytics, online instruments, validation and result reporting, and quality control to billing
- Strong communication and advisory skills and a confident manner with customers
- Business-fluent German and good English skills; French is an advantage
- Enjoyment of field-based work with travel within your sales territory
