About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions in designated divisions
- Write and post job vacancies
- Source candidates and review applications/resumes
- Contact potential candidates to determine fit
- Schedule interviews
- Assist with the offer letter process
- Attend recruiting meetings
- Host recruiting meetings with Division Directors and divisional leadership teams
- Coordinate career fairs
- Collaborate with regional HRBPs on recruiting efforts
- Work with Division Directors to identify and prioritize recruitment needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding new hires
- Send new hire paperwork
- Process new hire background checks
- Review onboarding paperwork and verify I-9 identification
- Enter new hires into ADP WorkforceNow
- Assist with new hire immigration matters
- Co-manage the Internship Program
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Management, or another relevant degree
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- 2–5 years of experience involving recruiting and onboarding
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workable preferred
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with data entry preferred
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
