About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead renewable energy projects and project portfolios through the full lifecycle, from planning and development through design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with internal technical teams, regulatory agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, electrical, structural, environmental, geotechnical, survey, planning, landscape architecture, permitting, and specialty consulting disciplines.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and change.
Monitor financial performance, forecasting, invoicing, change management, and profitability.
Support business development through client engagement, proposal preparation, fee development, contract negotiations, and opportunity identification.
Mentor project teams and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
8+ years of experience managing renewable energy, utility, infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams while managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
Strong client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies effectively.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with renewable energy development, permitting, engineering, or construction processes is preferred.
PMP or other relevant project management or industry certifications are a plus.
