About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with large project teams and outside subconsultants to ensure all project aspects are met and completed
Delegate aspects of work to the Project Technician
Coordinate with all other disciplines
Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration
Perform duties with minimal guidance
Lead, communicate, coordinate, and motivate project teams
Contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
6-10+ years of experience
Thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes
Strong technical design and construction document skills
Well-developed project design and planning skills
Excellent graphic presentation skills
CAD experience with AutoCAD and Revit
Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
Registered Architect in New York State (desirable but not required)
Prior experience working with NYS OGS and/or other government agencies (desirable but not required)
