About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with large project teams and outside subconsultants to ensure all project aspects are met and completed
- Delegate aspects of work to the Project Technician
- Coordinate with all other disciplines
- Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration
- Perform duties with minimal guidance
- Lead, communicate, coordinate, and motivate project teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 6-10+ years of experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes
- Strong technical design and construction document skills
- Well-developed project design and planning skills
- Excellent graphic presentation skills
- CAD experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
- Registered Architect in New York State (desirable but not required)
- Prior experience working with NYS OGS and/or other government agencies (desirable but not required)
