About the role

  • Responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing an organization’s financial resources
  • Ensure spending aligns with strategic goals and approved budgets
  • Provide financial oversight by creating budgets and tracking expenditures
  • Offer data-driven insights that support effective decision-making and cost optimization
  • Produce a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports in support of project planning and control
  • Work closely with all functional departments to ensure policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to
  • Develop, implement, feed, reconcile, and maintain project control databases and reports
  • Manage reconciliation of program controls data with financial and performance systems
  • Verify accuracy of all cost information including proper coding and allocation to project budget
  • Produce accounting and project cost reports, reports on deviations, under-runs and over-runs
  • Prepare forecasts and cost trend reports
  • Review and evaluate trends and their impact on project costs
  • Monitor project costs and commitment to budget and forecasts
  • Maintain change control and change order register
  • Assess progress measurement and develop/update progress curves for reporting.
  • Responsible for EVM during all project stages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controlling & Supervisor Experience.
  • Minimum Associate degree. Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • CAPM or EVM Certificate or equivalent (under AVANGRID approval)
  • SAP Experience
