About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and execute the enterprise-wide digital product strategy and vision for Labcorp’s digital platform systems portfolio
Own the long-term roadmap and align the portfolio with corporate goals
Establish and manage the portfolio roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that enhance user experience
Build relationships with sales, engineering, UX design, business owners, and marketing teams
Make final decisions on product prioritization, funding, and go-to-market strategy
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through commercialization
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, secure-by-design principles, compliance, and best-in-class user experience
Sponsor cross-functional change initiatives and enterprise transformations
Oversee digital platform systems product portfolios and cross-functional integration
Position offerings for applicable markets and user segments and drive adoption
Develop solutions that deliver desired functionality, user experience, and brand awareness
Measure technology investments and achieve positive returns using fact-based metrics
Drive adoption of AI-enabled product management and engineering practices
Ensure responsible development and deployment of AI-enabled products with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing cross-functional product team
Foster collaboration, innovation, delivery, continuous improvement, and a growth mindset
Invest in professional development and build organizational capability in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Represent Labcorp in external forums, partnerships, and industry events and drive thought leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, regulated technology platforms, digital product management, digital transformation, or related technology environments
10 or more years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation, platform modernization, data-driven products, or enterprise technology initiatives
5 or more years of experience leading product management teams, digital product organizations, technology portfolios, or related functions
3 or more years of experience identifying, evaluating, implementing, or scaling artificial intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, or related technology solutions
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across executive and cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences
Experience operating effectively in a matrixed and highly collaborative environment
Ability to build partnerships across business, engineering, data, AI, UX, marketing, and commercial teams
Understanding of AI, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities and their business applications
Commitment to responsible AI practices, including governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
