About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical design planning, solution development, and implementation for key initiatives
Provide oversight and coaching to peers and coordinate development activities
Design, develop, test, debug, and document Project Management systems and supporting services
Break down business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure high-quality delivery across the development lifecycle
Translate business needs into scalable solutions using WorkFront, Fusion, and other Global PM tools
Drive robust, sustainable technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives
Conduct code reviews using best practices, peer review, and automated tools
Modernize legacy processes into efficient solutions
Partner with DBAs to establish and maintain data persistence platforms
Perform requirements analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of codebases
Follow SDLC processes, departmental procedures, and coding standards
Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, support teams, and vendors
Mentor team members on technology, processes, and soft skills
Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
3 or more years of experience as a Workfront Fusion developer, including tool development, enhancements, and data management
Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional Certification
Preferred: 5 or more years of experience with core development, including foundational system logic, integrations, and scalable technical solutions
Preferred: 3 or more years of experience developing coding scripts and working with APIs and webhooks
Strong background in managing and analyzing data across multiple systems
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Self-motivated, creative, and technically astute
Technical experience with Oracle SQL, Python, Java, Spotfire or other data visualization tools, and Power BI
