Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, biochemistry, biology, immunology, or related field
  • 10 or more years of supervisory and people management experience, preferably in an operational leadership role
  • 10 or more years leading client-facing medium-to-large laboratory organizations
  • Full accountability for enterprise collaboration, project management governance, operational excellence, and sustained financial performance
  • Independent management skills and ability to implement department and company directives
  • Demonstrated leadership experience motivating people and delivering exceptional results
  • Documented accomplishments reflecting teamwork, integrity, and accountability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization and deliver quality results
  • Skilled in running meetings and projects
  • Skilled in time management, planning, and operational/process excellence
  • Expert-level communication skills
