Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year or more customer service experience
  • 1 year or more high volume call center experience (preferred)
  • 1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits (preferred)
  • 1 year or more patient billing (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and focused
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
