About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports or manages all aspects of the proposal process, including proposal text, budgets, quotes, and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
Manages opportunities of low to medium complexity and supports senior colleagues on more complex opportunities.
Reviews RFIs/RFPs, identifies missing information, and follows up with stakeholders as needed.
Helps resolve issues related to client requirements and organizational capabilities.
Prepares proposal documents in accordance with sponsor requirements and agreed strategy with minimal supervision.
Supports opportunity negotiations related to pricing, resources, timelines, and processes.
Ensures timely completion of assigned deliverables and escalates issues as appropriate.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environment.
Experience supporting proposal development, RFIs, and RFPs.
Knowledge of clinical research, drug development, or healthcare services.
Experience with Salesforce, proposal automation tools, or similar proposal management systems.
Strong business writing and editing skills.
