About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze data reports and system outputs to identify performance trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to resolve interface and workflow challenges.
- Maintain and enhance existing EDI client configurations as needed.
- Provide quality assurance for internal and external reporting outputs.
- Manage the commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
- Support the development of new reports and data analyses.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Monitor updates to source data systems and assess their impact on existing workflows and reports.
- Deliver training to end users on new reports and data processes.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues, working closely with departmental leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Health Information Management, or healthcare related degree field
- 2 or more year’s experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, DAX, and Power Query
- 2 or more years' experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
