About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the development of new managed care relationships
Retain and grow existing regional managed care plans within the West Division
Act as a liaison for implementation of initiatives for national managed care organizations
Negotiate new agreements and manage existing agreements
Provide oversight to ensure contractual deliverables and service levels are met
Establish, build, and maintain positive, professional relationships at all decision levels within managed care organizations
Reinforce Labcorp's superiority as the national laboratory service and information leader in the healthcare industry
Demonstrate value-added solutions using a consultative approach

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
3 years, account management, or sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably specializing in managed care
Valid driver's license along with a clean driving record
Must be able to travel within assigned territory
