Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for up to 30 active requisitions
Identify, engage, and assess internal and external candidates using proactive sourcing techniques
Deliver consistent pipeline development for current and future hiring needs
Partner with business stakeholders across corporate functions to support hiring strategies
Provide labor market data and recruiting insights to influence hiring decisions
Execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage requisitions and candidate workflows
Achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics
Use AI-powered recruiting tools to support candidate identification

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
6 years or more years of recruiting experience
5 or more years of experience recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical services environments (preferred)
3 or more years of experience using Workday Recruiting modules (preferred)
5 or more years of experience supporting corporate function hiring (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Legal) (preferred)
Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter (preferred)
