About the role

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the assigned customer or functional team members
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans
  • Manage workload balance within assigned teams and participate in resource management across global teams
  • Ensure consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs
  • Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure the achievement of team goals
  • Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action when appropriate
  • Participate in departmental strategy execution and adhere to management communications, meetings and procedures
  • Grow and develop your team including establishing performance objectives and completing performance evaluations
  • Monitor and track resolution of all customer complaints, issues, and concerns related to the team’s responsibilities
  • Ensure team delivers on customer commitments in accordance with World Class Project Management and Service Excellence
  • Lead client relationship activities and proactively consult with customers regarding impact of their decisions
  • Collaborate across CLS functions and Business Units to remove barriers and optimize client delivery
  • Assist leadership in managing and supervising day-to-day operations and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Knowledge or experience in technical design and/or internal applications i.e. SMART, Study Definition, Zavacor
  • Candidates with a technical mindset and experience using internal tools such as Realm SMART functions, Study Definition, and Zavacor are strongly preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving ability
  • Proven record of driving continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated experience in team building, influencing, and conflict resolution
  • Strong change management skills
  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: University Degree
