About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks
Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across HR technologies
Monitor AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine functional and technical requirements into build-ready specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of delivering AI solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems
Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems (e.g HCM, CRM, FIN ERP, LMS, case management, etc.)
Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI, etc.)
Familiarity with RPA, workflow automation, orchestration tools.
Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and data engineering.
