Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned client team members
Grow and develop the Project Management team
Ensure management of study milestones and proactive communication with clients
Instill and manage a culture of continuous improvement and quality and productivity
Monitor and track resolution of all client escalations, issues, and concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline
2 or more years experience as people leader, including managing leaders with direct reports
2 or more years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
2 or more years of experience in Central Laboratory Services (preferred)
1 or more years of experience in clinical research (preferred)
1 or more years’ experience in leading database management, study design or global project management in clinical research industry (preferred)
1 or more years of experience in quality event management (capa handling) (preferred)
