Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with measurable business impact.
8 years of experience with system design, architecture, and cross-functional trade-offs.
5 years of experience driving organizational change and influencing outcomes across teams.
2 or more years of experience leading fully remote, geographically distributed engineering teams.
2 or more years of experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
2 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industries.
2 or more years of experience with Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, or similar languages.
